form with several dropdown lists and formulas HELP

I am trying to create a form that will do the following:

Let's say I am selling cars and I want this form to list
the different cars, options, and the prices of the
options listed. For example, from a dropdown list, I
select a Chevy Truck. A new dropdown list appears with
only the options for that truck are shown. (If I selected
a car, a different list of options would appear.) From
the dropdown list of options, I would select a CD
player. In the column next to the CD Player would be the
cost. =======The final form would be the truck with all
of the options that I selected with the total price. \

I hope someone will understand.Thanks for any help that
anyone can give.
