Form Visual Confirmation

Is there a program or some type of JavaScript for visual confirmation on a
form.

We have had a lot of bots start to fill out our forms and do not want to
allow these bots to do so. So we need visual confirmation that will
require users to enter a code defined by an image when submitting a form?

Any help would be appreciated.

Create a small image with 5 or 6 characters, upper or lower case, or mixed
and validate the contents

Right click on the text box and choose Form field properties, and then set
