Form to Show Volunteer Availability

Doing something for the local Red Cross. They need to
keep track of when their many volunteers are available,
and of course to be able to edit/delete/add to that
information as volunteers come and go and their individual
circumstances change. Hours per day looking out a week
would be the minimum, hours per day looking out a month
would be better. Beyond that, shorter time increments and
more days would be wonderful, although probably hard to
keep current.

I have a general idea how I might do this from scratch,
but there must be something already build out there in
AccessLand that I can shamelessly plagiarize. Any ideas?
 
You might use the Resource Scheduling template that comes
with Access. Think of your volunteers as resources, and
reservations as their availability. Walk through a couple
of examples and see if that gets you most of the way to
where you wanted to be. Just a thought.
