form shows only one record at a time

I need to create a form that would show all records that are on a specific
query, how ever, when i run the form, it only shows one record at a time on
the form, and at the bottom it gives me the number "1 of 123" records.
I need it to show all records one on top of the other one.
Please help.. this is driving me insane, and I am new using this product.
 
Select 'Datasheet View' from the 'View' menu.

The spammers and script-kiddies have succeeded in making it impossible for

"Datasheet View" from the "view" menu, gives me the data displayed exactly
like a data sheet format. I wish there was a way to send you a pic of what
I am trying to accomplish.
I want the data to come out like the "Datasheet" but not on the spreadsheet
like format, but the form I designed.

I know it could be done. I've seen it as part of an old application that
existed before.

In the Form Properties under "Default View" choose "Continuous Forms"
depending on your design this might work.
 
Perhaps you mean continuous forms view. Try opening the form in design view.
If you don't see the Properties window, display it by selecting Properties
from the View menu. Select the Format tab in the Properties window. Find the
Default View property and change it to Continuous Forms.

John C, it works. Thanks a lot. that is exactly what i was trying to do.

Brendan, thank you I also learned about how to display the data as a
DataSheet format with your option.
