Form setup

I am setting up a form to track meeting dates and times.
I used the form wizard and chose the datasheet layout.
On the form they will enter meeting date, time and notes
etc.
Right now it will only list one meeting at a time..how do
i set it to show multiple rows to enter meeting after
meeting. I can figure out how to do this using a
navigation bar at the bottom to go from meeting to
meeting but I need to see them all and to the curser go
to the next blank row so they can enter the next meeting
information.
Sorry if this is confusing..Seems like an easy question?

Change the Default View on the Form Properties to Continuous Forms or
Datasheet.
