Access Form Refresh

I have a front end form with no conrol source this form is simply there to select the next course of action. On this form I have a sub form detailing currency exchange rates, the control source for this is a linked Excel Table which is refreshed every 5 minutes (wotking fine). I want the sub rorm to reflect this refreshed data automativally.

Can anyone help
