Form properties

On some of my forms, such www.newincorporation.co.uk/plcnominee, when I right
click, the option 'Form properties' is not listed, but on other forms such as
www.newincorporation.co.uk/nominee I am able to access form properties.

Can anyone advise why and how I solve this?

I am having problems with my form fields as well on my homepage on of the
boxes is shifted over and I have tried everything to fix. Can someone look on
my homepage and see the 3 form boxes and you will notice how the top is
shifted to the right just a hair. How do I correct this?? oh yeah it's at <a

Don't use your Spacebar to position stuff with.... spaces will appear in
code as &nbsp;
