Form Position after tab control click

Hi,

I have a form with a form header (company logos and stuff in the header),
some information (from customer table) and then subforms on tab controls.
When you click on the subform tabs, the form is re-positioned so that I
cannot see the form header anymore. The form is positioned so that the tab is
at the top of the screen and I can't see the header anymore, ie: the form has
scrolled dwon about an inch. I want to be able to click a tab, without the
form scrolling so that I can see the header at all times.

How can I fix this so that I don't have to scroll up (to see the form header
and other elements on my form) when I click on the tabs for these particular
subforms?

ANY suggestion is appreciated.

Change my initial question. Is there a way when you click on the tab, the
focus stays on the tab label, and doen't go to the first control on your tab
form?

Please ignore initial request. (sorry)
