Form Open, 1st Tab Change makes form move funny

I don't get this problem. I got a survey that I've put on access. I
have multiple tab pages with command buttons plus code to navigate
through the form. When the form opens up, it is maximized. Everything
appears right. But when I press next, the page jumps, but it goes to
the right page. It is that jump that baffles me. When I press back,
the first pages is aligned to that of the second page. I've noticed
that when the form opens, the first page aligns different to the other
pages. When I press next, I notice the change, hence the jump. Does
anyone know why the alignment changes for the first page of the form,
but not for the rest? The properties for the form and the page have
been set to be the same.

Are perhaps the menu items/buttons and/or viewable menus changing
(based on what menus were open when you were editing the form -
sometimes.)?

I believe I had that type of problem on a couple of apps.

Thanks for the reply.
Actually, the form has the popup property set to yes. This makes the
tab page cover the whole screen. I've notice that if the tab property
is set to Tabs (usually it is none) the page tabs are slightly cut off.

Sounds like the tabs control is bigger than the form control. Popup
will not necessarily cover the whole screen - sounds like there is a
maximize somewhere in the form. (Or it is popup with autocenter and the
form is larger than the screen resolution can handle.)

If the tab is bigger than the form and resize is set to no that may be
contributing to the problem.

Since the form is filling the whole screen, it may be that the tab
control (and form) were designed on a monitor with a higher resolution
than the one that is showing it. Are the scroll bars allowed and/or are
they present?
