Form only opens in ADD mode

I have a form and it only opens in ADD mode. I cannot see all the records
that are contained in the query that it calls. The query does not limit what
can be seen either.

Open the form in design view and check the DataEntry Property of the form
(under the data tab of the property sheet). Change it to No.
