form notification by email

I am using a form and have it saving the data to a file and notify me by
email. However, I do not want it to send the data information just a
notification. The data sent to my email would not be secure, like cc info.
 
Not possible in FP w/o hand coded server side script

PS
Saving any cc info in a data file on the server is not secure
