form not displaying records

I have based a form on a query. When I open the query I can see all 150
records. When I open the form based on that query it just displays 1 record-
the one I am inputting. It will actually add the record to the query but
when i reopen the form you can not see the same # of records. Not sure what
is going on

I might be mistaken, but it sounds like you have your form set up in Data
Entry Mode. To check,
open the properties sheet for the form and check the Data tab. After "Allow
Additions" is a row labeled
"Data Entry". If it is marked "Yes", you are in Data Entry mode. Change the
"Yes" to a "No"
