Form mail FP 5.0 & Unix

I'm getting following message when I submit the form created by FP 5.0,
which sends an email:

%r... User address required /home/qusedcars/dead.letter... Saved message in
/home/qusedrs/dead.letter

I made sure there were two lines in the
/usr/local/frontpage/version5.0/frontpage.cnf:

defaultLanguage:en
localCharEncoding:latin1
NoExecutableCgiUpload:1
NoSaveResultsToAbsoluteFile:1
NoSaveResultsPipeTo:1
NoSaveResultsToLogDir:1
SendMailCommand:/usr/sbin/sendmail %r
MailSender:[email protected]

In Form properties is the form
set to send the e-mail to an address
in your domain / on your server??
ie: (e-mail address removed)
It must be sent to an e-mail address
associated with your domain

Yes, it's set to a valid email address on my server.
