I always get 2 pages to print for my form letters (second page is a blank
page), no matter how short the letter is. What do I need to do to prevent
this waste of paper?

I'm assuming your form letters are reports in Access. A common reason for
blank pages on reports is that the width of the report plus the margins is
greater than the actual width of the paper.

Look on the values for the left and right margins on the Margin tab under
File | Page Setup. Then, look at the width of the report. If that's greater
than 8.5" (or whatever width paper you're using), try to adjust them so that
they fit.

If you're trying to make the width narrower but can't, perhaps you have a
"hidden" control on the report that isn't apparent. If you've got lines,
they'll often be difficult to see, but they might extend too wide.

Hi Tony

I had this problem too. You could also try opening the report you want
to print.
Then check the page number box at the bottom left corner with the
arrows <>, the next page number arrow should be grayed out. if it isnt
click it and it will show you the blank page, this is what its
printing. What you need to do is Go into design mode and reduce the
size of the header or footer by dragging them up and down. do this
until you see the next page arrow is greyed out in the page preview
mode. In other words there is no next page when you click the arrow.
Hope this helps
