Matt Clarke

right now I am trying to design a form letter in excel. I
can get all of the information to pull just fine. But
trying to get it to look right in a text box is difficult.
The letter is based off of different equipment people
purchase. Example: the letter will change based on the
furnace, air conditioner, filter, etc. that the customer
buys. there are truckloads of different possible letters.
Using vlookups and concatenate I can get the letter to
appear in a textbox, however it doesnt have paragraphs.
It's just all one lump. I have tried using seperate
textboxes for each paragraph but I can't get them to size
up and down automatically to the size of the text. So it
looks funny. If anyone knows how to solve this I would be
grateful thanks for your time.

Matt,

The Mail Merge feature in Word seems to be a better choice than Excel as it
is designed to do exactly what you want.

You can also use the Excel Data provided it is in a simple table with no
spaces between either the rows or the columns and columns must have a unique
heading in row 1.
