Form layout -- any add on tools to do this? Or alternate way besides the standard grid etc?

Maybe Ill get used to it but the standard layout format in Design View
seems like a real hassle to me.

Ideally Id like to have a word processor type of tool where you can
just jump down one consistently spaced row at a time and line things
up vertically like a table with columns.

When I have to create a long input screen with lots of inputs like in
a employee database , its torture lining things up and keep things
properly spaced. It seems to take far longer than it should.

You can turn on "Snap to grid".

You can select multiple controls at once and then use Format - Align (Left,
Right, Top, Bottom)

You can select multiple controls at once and then use another menu command to
evenly distribute them in either the horizontal or vertical.

You can select a control and then use the arrow keys while holding the Control
Key. That will "nudge" the control one pixel at a time.

Yeah Ive been using those features. Still having lots of problems but
thanks for replying. Maybe you just have to get used to using them.
