Form Layout and Report Layout

Is there a way to copy my form's layout (or as close as
possible) and make IT the same for the report's layout.

In other words I want to print a report of the current
record being viewed/edited or added in a form using the
same layout as the form shows on the screen with only a
few tweaks here and there to remove elements that don't
need to show in the report, like buttons etc....

Right click on you form and choose "Save as report".

NOTE:
If you have any subforms the above will only make a report equivalent of
the parent form. Inside of that you will still have subform controls and
they will still be referencing the original forms. You would need to
convert each of them individually using the same process and then replace
the subform controls with subreport controls in the parent report.
