Form in Full Window

I have set my own form in the startup for my database but
how can I get my Form to open in a full window with no MS
Access menu options available.

Chris, where do I find this setting, when I enter 1

or "1" in MENU BAR in the TAB Other I get an error that
the macro 1 cannot be found.
