Form Header not repeating

I am working on a project using Access XP (2002). I have created the
tables, some queries and am now working on the forms. I am having
problems getting the form header to repeat on subsequent forms. The
forms are being using for input and look-up.

If you're talking about when you print a form then you have to use the
PageHeader not the FormHeader. It's really not a good idea to print forms
anyway. You should build a report and print that.
