Hello,
Is there a way to use a radio button form field instead of the check box form field when using Word 2003 (on Windows XP) to create a form? I'm trying to avoid having multiple check boxes being selected by a person that is filling out the form. I thought maybe using a radio button would work, but I can't find anything in Word that let's me add the radio button.
Background: I have to create a multiple choice test and one of the questions has 5 possible answers that a user can choose from. I can't figure out how to keep from having all the check boxes selected at one time. Is there a way to have Word deselect a previously selected check box when a user chooses a different answer option? Hope this makes sense \
Thanks for your help,
Donna
