Form Error

I have created this form http://www.millerparsons.com/testform1.htm
When I complete and hit the submit button it I get "FrontPage Error".
However if I access the form in my browser at
http://millerparsons.com/testform1.htm the form works- data is stored and a
confirmation form generates. How do I make the form work correctly in the
published version?

I don't know if you can. It's not really an FP issue, but more of how your
domain name is binding to an IP address issue. The server extensions attach
themselves to the web server, which binds to an IP address. In this case,
you have two completely different sets of IP addresses. The main problem is
the www.millerparsons.com address is a completely different set than the
millerparsons.com addresses. For example, the www gives me IP address:
216.39.62.88 and the millerparsons.com gives out 216.39.62.120. Unless you
can work out the ip addresses or dns entries to be exact matches this won't
work.
