From time to time, like just now, when I try to open a
particular form in my Access97 database I get the
message "The form name 'REPORTS' is misspelled or refers
to a form that doesn't exist".
The form with that name appears OK in the database window.
When I attempt to open it in Design view I get the same
message as above.
When I try to delete it or re-name it, I get the
message "The save operation failed".
When I try to over-write it with the same form out of a
backup copy I get the message "The save operation failed"
followed by "Name conflicts with an existing module,
project or object library".
Other times the form opens OK.
This has me baffled. Can anyone please suggest what is
causing this and how I might overcome it.
Will very much appreciate your reply.
