Form Controls disappear when controls rebuilded

In my current project , i use my own control library derived from 3rd
party DevEx controls and some other open source controls i got from
code project . I add these controls to my toolbar but when i update my
controls in the current project, designer(in another project) causes
different problems , usually controls instances remain in the source
code but they don't appear on designer, all the controls disappear.
I've tried almost everything ,it doesn't work that way ..Is there
anybody who has a reasonable solution for that ? (VS 2003)

Have you manually changed the contents of InitializeComponent in any way?

No, but i found my solution from a hotfix in Microsoft KBs.
