On your local computer, you don't have a SMTP mail server, so you ignore the
messages. Once it's published to the remote computer that has the
extensions properly configured for forms to email, it should work. *If*
your host allows the feature.
That is why I provided you the link that shows how to do so.
You may need to contact your host.

| When I log into the server I am on my account screen. I select the
