Form Components/controlls in VB .net

Hello all

I am looking for Slider control to use in a form, unfortunately I cannot seem to find any such controll even when I tried to use Add componenets option and then went to select from COM components

Was wondering if there is any place I can get that control or if I can get it from someone. I am hoping that there is a way to include external controls

Any help is greatly appreciated
