Form clears when you hit the back button

If someone fills out a form and the form requires more
information, when they hit the back button, all
information previoulsy entered has cleared. How do I
make it so the information stays so they can fill out
ONLY what's missing?
 
Have the form open in a new window
by setting the link to the form to: New Window
in hyperlink properties.
