form background

I have a form and it is divided in parts by a line I
drew. Is there anyway to color the background of each
part with a different color? When I go to properties and
background color, it changes the whole form. Thanks,

You can have different backcolors for the form header and detail
section and form footer, but you cannot have different backcolors
colors within a section.
What you can do is add 2 rectangles, one above the line and one below
the line. Size them to fill out all the space needed. Then set each
rectangle BackColor to what ever color you want. Set each rectangle
BackStyle to Normal. Then select each rectangle and click Format +
Send to Back and you should have what you want. If you position them
carefully, you probably won't need the line.
