Yes I do. I had it set to no originally but I was having trouble sizing the
form down. I reset it to yes to get the form back to where I wanted. The
problem is just that I want to make the designer window larger so it is
easier to view what is going on with the form. If I resize the window the
form resized to adjust to the window size. I have tried playing with the
settings but to no avail.

As stated previously the form auto resize doesn't apply when you go from
design view to normal view. But if you close the form and open it then it
does apply. That means that your users will never see this problem (so
fagedaboutit).
