Is there a program where I can scan or enter a form that
I use into the computer and then merge data from
tne "Access" database? I am currently doing this manually
and it's a pain.

Hi Al,
Perhaps I misunderstood your intensions, but if what you
want is to print the data you have in access on the paper
form format that you have, it should be fairly simple to
design a report that looks like your paper form, and than
print that when needed.

Something tells me that PDF forms are involved here. Right?
If all you want to do is to create a PDF form from the data that is already
in your database, then check out thid free PDF creator.

Now, you will need to create a report that mimics the layout of the PDF, and
just print that report to CutePDF

If you are looking to import PDF forms into your Access database, that can
get sticky, but is possible. Ask for details on that if you need it.
