Form: Add New Records; Not Edit

On my form I want to add new records, but not be able to
edit the information that has been entered.

Allow Edits/Deletions: No
Allow Additions: Yes

But the form will not let me add new records when I do
the above. Please help. Thanks for your help in advance.

Put Data Entry: Yes
And do a Me.Requery in the form's AfterInsert event.
