You might try to reset the local Administrator
password with one of the methods mentioned here:

I hear there is a tool out there called ntrecovery-dmzs.iso

The iso file is a cd image.

It is a Linux tool that you "boot" on and change the
password through the utility.

do a google search

ISO file that you burn to cd. then you boot off of it and
go into a linux shell and set the password.
