Forgot Win2K password

I am very stupid.
I upgraded my personal IBM Aptiva desktop from Win98 to
Win2K Pro in January. Then I left my house for a couple
months. I never wrote down the new Username and Password
for Win2K login.

I have just recently returned home, and apparently I
can't remember my Username and Password, because all of
my obvious, usual combinations do not work.

What can I do?
