Forgot Username and Password

I forgot Username and Password log on Computer XP.
What can i do log on ?

I have a similar problem

I have tried safe mode and nothing about an account comes
up. I can boot from the install cd and run recovery and
it accepts my original admin password. But what do I do
then ( basicly I'm in dos) C:>WINDOWS
Admin pass does not work from the Log On window

Any Help would be appreciated

There is a linux based utility out there that can write a new password, whether it be the admin account or any other user that may be on that machine. There are 2 files that you will need (maybe 3, if you have SCSI drives), one is rawrite2.exe and the .bin file that makes the boot disk. I wish I could remember the name but, I've always just labeled my disks as NTFS password recovery...
