Boot up in safe mode. IE press F8 while booting and then choose safe mode.
Then log in as Administrator. Then go to the control panel and change your
password to whatever you want (the one of the user you normally use).

an authorization (password).
 
i forgot my password. is there any way i can get my computer to tell it

This is call resetting a password, and if the target user acct has EFS
files, they will become unusable unless certain steps have been taken before
the resetting.
 
This will only work if you didn't set a password for the
administrator account during setup.
