Forgot my password to screen lockout

Hi, just as the subject title says, last night i changed my password for my
computer, and today i cannot remember what the new password is, so i am
locked out of my computer, how do i go around this problem of mine/fix it.

There are two ways:
- Use the alternative admin account that you wisely created
when setting up Windows 2000.
- You boot the machine with a boot disk from the link below,
then reset the password for the administrator's account.
