Hello,

I only have one user for the Win2000. I was changing the
password and somehow I changed it without knowing what it
is. I can't log in anymore as I can't remember what is the
new passowrd. Any idea on what should I do to log in to my
PC.
Thank you,

Can you log in as administrator ?? Or, was that the
only "user" you had ??

This is the only user I have, I tried to login using
Administrator and passsowrd "blank" but it didn't work.

find the SAM file in winnt32/system32 and delete it. Restart windows and
you'll be allowed to login with a blank password

The SAM file is in \WINNT\system32\config. You're unlikely to be able to
delete it while the system is running. You'll probably have to boot the
recovery console to do that. I don't know whether that's a good solution
to the problem -- it sounds pretty drastic, especially if the system has
more than a couple of users defined.
