forgot logon password

how do i gain access to my computer. when i start my
computer and the log on screen pops up I have always used
Default as my user name and just hit the enter key as my
password. But now it's telling me that it's the wrong
password or user name. I don't have a password reset
disk or another user log on into my computer.
