Forgot Administrator Password

I have forgotten my administrator password on another
computer that I have. I am able to log in, but only as a
power user under a different user name. Is there anyway
that I am able to change my password without losing all
my files and programs via the user name I am able to log
on to?

Best experience with making the password "blank".
Then logon without password and change the password the usual
way to a safe one again.
