Forgor Admin password in Windows XP

My customer have two users on his Windows XP PRo, User A -
with admin rights and the User B -no admin rights. I'm
installing a printer and i can't go in to User A. Also
forgot the password for the Administrator. Is there a way
to Enter User A or Administrator beside reinstalling
Windows XP? I don't have the Password Reset Disk as
well. Pls help. Thanks.
