Foreign tool bar

I clicked on a bar that came across with my friends e-
mail. It contaiuned writing that claimed it was part of
internet explorer or outlook express. It has 6 headings,
Technical support, windows nt, windows 2000 operating
system etc..Plus a Premium box to hit. I am trying to
remove totally from my computer as it says a function is
to gather information on my habits.

Can anyone help me?

You could try Adaware v6 http://www.lavasoftusa.com/
Are you refering to OE or OL, if OL you may have to rename yr oucmd.dat to
oucmd.old before re starting OL, this will reset yr toolbars to the default.
