Foreign language spell checker - install

How can I install the spell checker for French, Spanish and Russian languages
to use in Office 2003 (Word, Excel, etc.)?

French and Spanish are included in the English SKUs, but Russian is not.

Thanks, how do I "set-up" the spell checker and grammar checker for French
and spanish? I could have sworn that Russian was included. I used it before
 
If the proofing tools for French and Spanish are not installed, you'll need
to rerun setup to install them. If they are installed, then they should kick
in when you format the language as French or Spanish.
