Foreign language packages

SECOND POST: I have my SUS set to download only English
packages, but I keep getting all different languages as
well. How do I clear these and, more importantly, how do I
stop it?
 
All manner of them. There's a ton of Spanish, Portugese
and Chinese updates - even though I have only English
checked in my options. Do you need a list?
 
A few examples would be a great help, yes. Also, if there seems to be any
commonality in the updates offered. You know to disregard .NET updates as
they can actually be applicable to English systems and are offered by
design.
