I import download files containing text where foreign
characters have been used eg Scandinavian, Hungarian,
German etc. These characters appear not in their original
form but as (to quote the boss) goofy characters, or even
key stroke codes.
Is there anyway I can solve this problem because any
search for a name in the db cannot be found if it has been
written with another language keyboard. ??
