Forcing sessions to end?

I am running terminal services on a 2003 machine in a 2000
domain.

I have been using Terminal Services Configuration >RDP
Properties > session to configure sessions ending so far.
For some reason, not everyone's session is ended at the
end of the day and this prevents our database from
shutting down and then being backup.

Is there a script or something else I can run as a
scheduled task, that will end all sessions and a precise
time regardless of what they are doing?

Just remembered one thing, If the users is in different ou:s with different GPO´s, then the GPO´s settings take preferens before the Terminal server configuration settings.
