Forces Updates

I've got a user who's PC installs windows updates
everytime she starts her PC and then it forces her to
restart (with the 1 minute countdown and no cancel
button). I've gone into windows update settings but there
all greyed out (even on my BO account and the local
admin). Any ideas?

Have you run a virus scan?

I think only a domain admin can cancel the reboot from
hapening.
