ForceNewPage -- inserts a blank page after every record printed

I have a very simple report. It's purpose is to print a single record per
page. It has:

1) PageHeader
2) GroupHeader0
3) GroupHeader1
4) GroupHeader2
5) Detail
6) PageFooter

I put a "ForceNewPage Before" in the GroupHeader0 and I get a blank page
between every record printed. How do I prevent the blank pages from
printing. I have also tried using "ForceNewPage After" the Detail section
with the same result.

This is Access2000.

Check your Page Setup tolerances (margins), and also how
deep your header, detail, and footer sections just in case
each page is overspilling as a matter of course ... ?
