Forced text format

So based on my previous posts, what I have gathered here, there is NO way to
allow Excel to see my pasted data as text when it is formatted as 16:23 or
1:29 ??
 
Very Interesing, Ill have to try it, but I am not sure how to implement it!
Quick test turns 32:02 into 8:02

try this one to get more than 24 hours-

=TEXT(A2,"[h]:mm")
