forced shutdown of computer while accessing Internet

After approximately every hour after accessing the
Internet using IE Explorer 6, a message appears indicating
that the computer is shutting down "by authority of NT".
Then the computer shuts down.

have you been for the last 2 months? The worm was big
news!!
