forced refresh

Is there any way to force the IE to download the page AND
it's components from the web site every time I press the
refresh button. You see I KNOW the page has changed since
I uploaded it myself to the web site and can see it with
my FTP client. But the IE insists in showing the old ver
stored somewhere in cash. I deleted all offline content
and set check new ver to every time you visit the page.
Stil nothing.

I just made an upgrade from IE5.5 to IE6.0. Now I have a problem, that I. E.
is not working with any HTML tag:
e.g.<META http-equiv="Refresh" content="0;URL=/....">
Answer: I found it.
In the IE-Options->security, I had to allow "META REFRESH".
