Force Toolbars Always Visible

Hello,

For work, I visit a site that opens a new window and it always hides my
toolbars. Is there a setting that I can override this so that my toolbars
are *always* visible? I have to type in lots of forms, and so for example,
the Google spell check inside form is useful, but I can't get to my toolbars
to use it.

Thanks.

Probably not without cheating... You could try pressing F11 key once you
have it open but that tends to look a bit messy. Of course if you can then
see the URL in the address bar you might be able to copy that for future use
but beware if this is an ASP page or similar because it may not work
correctly if launched without going via the main page.

The site author has decided to remove those options for some reason, it may
be just for the sake of appearances but there may be a more important
reason. What are the chances of talking to the webmaster about it? As it's
business they may not want it published here else I'd say give us the URL to
have a look. Besides which someone else may know of a way to do that which
I've missed, definitely won't be the first time that's happened.

Thanks, for the attempt Charlie. I will try F11 as I haven't tried that and
let you know. The page is the web front for some construction management
software called Prolog, used by contractors and such to keep tabs on the
paperwork that follows large construction jobs. It is widely used and made
by a large software corporation, so speaking to the webmaster / programming
staff is not exactly feasible.

I realize that web programmers do it for a reason (I code web pages all the
time). However, I think it's more hubris that gets in the way of thinking
there's nothing useful up there on anyone's screen that someone would want to
use while visiting your page. I already tried a direct URL, but it's .asp
and the login is in the page prior. I can't bypass that page by encoding the
URL.

I will try F11 and see if it works. Thanks for the suggestion.
